I am proud to offer high-quality, engaging First Aid training designed to build confidence and real-life skills when it matters most. The Canadian Red Cross Standard First Aid course provides comprehensive, hands-on instruction in emergency response, CPR, and injury management for everyday situations.
In addition, I am exited to introduce a NEW course coming soon—First Aid for both canines and felines—featuring certification through Canine Health Canada. This specialized training will equip pet owners, caregivers, and animal lovers with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively to emergencies involving their pets, ensuring they can act quickly and confidently when every second counts.
Standard First Aid & CPR/AED
Comprehensive training covering all aspects of first aid, CPR, and automated external defibrillator (AED) use. Perfect for workplace compliance or general preparedness.
You'll complete this course knowing how to:
- Perform CPR on adults (level A) and adults/children (level C)
- Help someone who's choking, whether they're conscious or unconscious
- Confidently handle respiratory emergencies including asthma attacks, hyperventilation, aspiration and allergic reactions (anaphylaxis)
- Address heart attacks, angina, strokes, and other circulatory emergencies
- Deal with deadly bleeding
- Treat fractures and broken bones
- Attend to head and neck injuries.
- Use a Automated External Defibrillator (AED) device

Delivery options & course duration
Classroom-based (1 day) (recertification): 8 hours in class
This course provides an interactive classroom experience; you'll move from theory to hands-on practice under the supervision of a dynamic, engaging first aid instructor.
Duration:
Standard First Aid Level A and C (SFA-A & SFA-C)
Emergency First Aid Level A: 6.5 hours in class
Emergency First Aid Level C: 7.5 hours in-class
Emergency First Aid BLS: 9.5 hours in class
